You’ll be welcomed into a peaceful, private setting in our custom-built studio. We’ll start with a brief consultation to understand your needs and preferences. Then you’ll be left to get comfortable before your massage begins.
What should I wear?
You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level.
You’ll be properly draped with towels or sheets at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
What types of massage do you offer ?
We offer Swedish, Deep-tissue, and fusion massage. Fusion massage is a unique combination of Swedish and Deep-tissue techniques. Each session is tailored to suit your needs.
How long are the sessions?
Appointments typically last 30, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your selected treatment.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all treatments are by appointment only.
Booking in advance ensures availability and allows time for personalized preparation.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes, I am fully qualified advanced aesthetics, and hold full professional insurance.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available close by. Bold Lane DE7 3NT has on-street paid parking.
Irongate and The Strand additionally have on-street paid parking. All locations are approximately a 4-minute walk from Saddlergate.
Can I request specific pressure or focus areas?
Absolutely. Every treatment is customized-please let us know if you have areas of concern or prefer light, medium, or firm pressure.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available and make a wonderful present for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. If a history of no show appointments a SumUp payment link will be sent directly to your mobile for up to half of the cost of treatment to secure future appointments.
